Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - A Park Hills man is facing serious federal charges following an arrest Monday morning in St. Francois County.
According to an arrest report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 69-year-old Joel A. Kerbrat was taken into custody at 10:15 a.m. on Monday, April 28, 2025. He is charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor – Material – Photograph and is being held for the United States Marshal Service.
Authorities report that Kerbrat is currently being held in the St. Francois County Jail without bond.
No further details about the case have been released at this time.
