Park Hills Man to Be Sentenced

(Park Hills, MO) A man from Park Hills, 42 year old Rodney D. Price, has a sentencing date of January 31st after was found guilty of receiving child pornography and accessing with intent to view child pornography. Records show Price was convicted Wednesday in United States District Court in the Eastern District of Missouri at St. Louis. Price could spend as much as 40 years in prison with 20 years being the maximum sentence on each crime. According to records authorities found pornographic pictures and videos on Price's cell phone depicting an adult male having sexual contact with female children around 10 years of age. Price was originally charged with three counts of possession of child pornography and three counts of promoting child pornography in the first degree in April of 2019.
