Park Hills Water Main Break

(Park Hills, MO) Park Hills crews are dealing with a water main break that took place Thursday evening. The break happened in the 200 block of Main Street in front of Raggedy Annie's Antiques. The 200 block was closed off with temperatures dropping quickly into single digits. There was so much water coming from the break that parts of Main Street were nearly flooded out for traffic. Park HIlls authorities released this statement: The 200 block of West Main Street from Science Street to Coffman is currently closed until further notice due to a major water main break. Please be cautious of slick and icy roads along Science Street and Main Street up to the 4-way stop light at Flat River Drive. Below freezing temperatures are affecting the water being spread along the roadways by traffic. Also, please pay close attention to City Crews if you must travel in that area heeding caution for their safety as well.
