Patterson No Longer in Custody

(Farmington, MO) Farmington businessman Jackie R. Patterson is no longer in custody after making bond and gaining release. Patterson's bond had been set at $850,000 cash or surety with no 10% cash bond allowed in the case. Special conditions of Patterson's release include GPS has been installed and he's to have no contact with the Victim or the Victim's family. Patterson is also required to give up his passport, not leave the state of Missouri, and have no unsupervised contact with children under the age of 18. Patterson had bonded out at approximately 9 o'clock Thursday (this) morning. A review of the case will be held February 8th. Patterson is alleged to have had sexual relations with a juvenile female for nearly a decade beginning when the Victim was 9 years old in June of 1995. Patterson is charged with 26 counts of sexual abuse in the case.
