Fredericktown, Mo. (KFMO) - A fatal crash occurred on Saturday afternoon, March 15, 2025, on County Road 275 in Fredericktown, resulting in the death of a pedestrian.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at approximately 3:52 p.m. when a 2012 Cadillac SRX, driven by a 44-year-old woman from Fredericktown, veered off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle struck a 38-year-old male pedestrian, also from Fredericktown, before overturning. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene by the Madison County Coroner.
The driver, who was wearing a safety device, was not reported to have sustained injuries.
