Pedestrian Struck and Killed

(Jefferson County, MO) A Barnhart man, 22 year old Christopher W. Kelch, is dead after being struck by a car in Jefferson County Tuesday morning at 10:43. Reports from the Highway Patrol show Kelch was standing in the roadway on Highway 61 near Cedar Drive. He was hit by a car driven south by 24 year old Patricia L. Fellabaum of Pevely. Kelch was pronounced dead at the scene. Fellabaum was not injured.
