Pilot Knob Wreck Injures Woman

(Pilot Knob, MO) A Middlebrook woman, 52 year old Kim S. Abney, is suffering serious injuries after she was involved in a one vehicle crash involving a pick up in Pilot Knob Saturday night in Iron County. Highway Patrol records show the accident happened at 9:15 as Abney was driving south on Main Street in Pilot Knob. Her truck ran off the right side of the street and smashed into a tree. Abney was taken to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis.
