Potosi Men Arrested after 2 Year Investigation

(Washington County, MO) Two men from Potosi, 47 year old Philip A. Emily and 32 year old Bobbi A. Stotler, are facing felony charges after they were arrested at a rural Washington County residence. The arrest comes after a 2 year long investigation involving the Washington County Sheriff's office, Potosi Police, The Jefferson County Sheriff's office, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Mineral Area Drug Task Force, and United State's Marshall's Fugitive Apprehension Task Force. According to a press release from Sheriff Zach Jacobsen a one year old missing juvenile was located in the residence Officials with the Missouri Division of Family Services now have custody of the child. Emily is being held on a Washington County warrant statutory sodomy, parole violation, and a warrant out of Jefferson County for tampering. Stotler is being on a warrant out of Washington County for parental kidnapping.
