Primary Will Decide Some County Elections

(St. Francois County, MO) There are several county races in today's St. Francois County primary elections that will decide the fate of the position now instead of during the November races. St. Francois County Clerk, Kevin Engler, says that's because no Democrats filed for those positions so the Republican candidates only have members of their own party to run against in this election so whoever wins a contested race today, will go on to win when their name appears on the November ballot for the position.
