Property Tax Waiver Procedures Easier

(Farmington, MO) The process of approaching St. Francois County officials, over property tax waiver requests, is simpler after Tuesday's St. Francois County Commission meeting. The Presiding Commissioner of St. Francois County, Harold Gallaher, says with the change they've made residents don't have to come before commissioners to address the issue.

According to Gallaher if the problem is the fault of the taxpayer they will have to present their case in person.
