Rezoning Stonecrest in Desloge

(Desloge, MO) A condominium project is coming to the Stonecrest subdivision area in Desloge. The City Administrator of Desloge, Dan Bryan, says they approved rezoning the area to an R3 designation to help the new owners complete their project.

Bryan also says construction of a condo community of properties for purchase will include 20 structures with 4 available units. The approval was given at Monday night's Desloge Board of Aldermen meeting.
