Seal Contest Winner From Farmington

(Farmington, MO) The new St. Francois County Government official seal is chosen and the artist is from Farmington. The winning seal was announced at Tuesday's St. Francois County Commission meeting. Associate Commissioner, David Kater, says they were pleased with the amount of entries they had from not only the Parkland but from around the world.

In other business at Tuesday's St. Francois County Commission meeting the bid for a bridge over Wolf Creek on Old Fredericktown Road was awarded to Brockmiller Construction. Commissioners were also given an update on the latest activity with the county's University of Missouri Extension Office.
