The rules for the contest include all files must be in a .png format, all entries must be in both a black and white and color, and they must be accompanied by a signed legal release form. All entries will become the property of St. Francois County and the county retains all rights to make alterations to the entry as needed. You have to use a special program called the Second Street Program. For more information on entering the contest here. The winner of the contest will receive a $100 Visa Card donated by commissioners.
