St. Francois County Sunday Fatal Crash

(St. Francois County, MO) A man from Farmington, 69 year old James E. Pashia, is dead after a two vehicle crash in St. Francois County Sunday morning just after 6 o'clock. According to Highway Patrol reports Pashia was driving a car south on Highway OO, south of Bridge HO500, when an SUV driven north, by 27 year old Richard W. Sorbie of Farmington, crossed over the center of the road and crashed head on into Pashia's car. Pashia and Sorbie, who was seriously injured, were wearing their seat belts at the time of the accident. Sorbie was flown to Mercy Hospital South St. Louis.
