St. Louis Man Arrested Following Shooting Incident at Birthday Party

Festus, Mo. (KFMO) - 18-year-old Marco Arrington, of St. Louis, is in the Jefferson County Jail on a no-bond warrant, facing charges of Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Armed Criminal Action.

Authorities say the incident happened on December 26 during a birthday party on Highway TT in Festus. Arrington allegedly fired a gun into the air during a verbal dispute and later fired toward partygoers as he left in a vehicle. No one was injured, but a nearby car was hit by gunfire.

Arrington was arrested on December 31 and remains in custody.
