Ste. Genevieve County Wreck

(Ste. Genevieve County, MO) A woman from Ste. Genevieve, 42 year old Julie W. Klinkhardt, and a man from St. Mary, 50 year old Billy M. Lankford, are suffering injuries after they were hurt in a two vehicle accident in Ste. Genevieve County Tuesday night just after 7:15. Troopers with the Highway Patrol say Lankford was driving an SUV west at 8172 Highway 32 when he crossed over the centerline and crashed into Klinkhardt's SUV as she was headed east. Her vehicle ran off the road and into a ditch after impact. Both drivers were taken to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis. They were wearing their seat belts when the wreck took place.
