Tax Cuts Discussed at MAC Meeting

(Park Hills, MO) Mineral Area College officials are looking to the future of the state's newly passed income tax cuts with some concern after Thursday's Board of Trustees meeting. The President of the College, Dr. Joe Gilgour, says a sustainable tax cut could produce negative funding results for colleges as well as public schools.

In other business board members approved the new Health insurance plan for college employees and they were given an update on the latest donations to the MAC Capital Campaign.
