Washington County Wednesday Crash

(Washington Co., MO) A Potosi man, 52 year old Leonard E. Lewis, suffered serious injuries after he was hurt in a one vehicle crash in Washington County Wednesday afternoon at 5:10.

Highway Patrol reports show Lewis was driving a diesel truck north on Route E, at Bell Fountain Road, when he lost contriol of the vehicle and it ran off the left side of the road and rolled over.

Lewis, who was wearing his seat belt during the wreck, was taken to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis for treatment.
