West Faces Charges after Truck Stolen

(Iron County, MO) Iron County Sheriff Jeff Burkett announces charges of tampering with a motor vehicle, armed criminal action, assault, and property damage against 47 year old Rick West after authorities say he allegedly stole a truck last Saturday. At 6 pm last Saturday Iron County Sheriff's Deputies were called to a residence on N Highway for a report of a male subject coming to the home, pulling a weapon on the lady at the house, and stealing her truck. The man was identified as West. When deputies checked West had multiple felony warrants out for his arrest. Sunday, Iron County Deputies located West at a residence in Iron Mountain Lake and he was taken into custody. West is considered innocent until  proven guilty in a court of law.
