Wind Chills Return to Parkland

(Park Hills, MO) According to officials with the National Weather Service extreme dangerously cold wind chills of 15 to 25 degrees below zero are expected over the region beginning at 6 o'clock this evening through Saturday morning. Wind Chill Advisories will effect the listening area through noon Saturday with light freezing rain possible across parts of the area Monday. The cold will hit portions of east central and southeast Missouri and south central and southwest Illinois. The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Use caution while traveling outside and be sure to wear appropriate clothing including a hat and gloves.
