Winter Storm Watch for Mid Week

(St. Louis, MO) A winter storm watch will go into effect for the middle part of this week. National Weather Service forecasters say the watch will begin at 6 o'clock Tuesday night and will remain in effect until Midnight Thursday. Heavy mixed precipitation is possible, with snow totals anywhere from 2 to 9 inches, sleet accumulations of 1/4 of an inch, and ice totals of as much as an inch. If you must travel you're encouraged to slow down and take your time.
