Wreck in St. Francois County

(St. Francois County, MO) A Bonne Terre man, 55 year old Jerry W. Mahurin, is recovering from moderate injuries after a one vehicle wreck in St. Francois County Friday morning at 9:15. Highway Patrolemen say Mahurin was driving a pick up west on Highway 47, at Miracle Method Drive, when he lost control of the truck and it ran off the south side of the highway, crashing into an embankment, and rolling over. Mahurin, who was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, was taken to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis.
