Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - The City of Farmington is wrapping up its extensive summer paving project this week, with the final streets set to be completed in the coming days.
The project, which has seen significant progress throughout the summer, aims to improve road conditions and enhance transportation infrastructure across the city.
City Administrator Greg Beavers provided an update on the project, noting that while much of the paving work has been completed, a few streets remain on the schedule.
The paving schedule for the remainder of the week is as follows:
Tuesday: Black Rock Lane
Wednesday: Ava Court
Thursday: Hunt Road
Friday: Boulder Ridge Drive
Residents in these areas are advised to plan accordingly, as there may be temporary disruptions due to the ongoing work.
As the summer paving project comes to a close, Beavers says that the City of Farmington remains committed to continuing its work on infrastructure improvements in the future.
