Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - The Missouri State Highway Patrol is encouraging drivers to be prepared for winter weather if you must drive in extreme weather conditions.
The Patrol's, Corporal Dallas Thompson, says making sure your vehicle is ready, and having a winter weather kit, are two of the best things you can do to be safe.
