Silva Shoplifting Investigation Leads to Arrest of Woman on Drug, Stealing and Resisting Charges

Wayne Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A shoplifting investigation at Silva Breaktime in Wayne County has led to the arrest of a woman on multiple potential charges.

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to the business on August 12 after receiving a report of shoplifting. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with Schnedria Johnson. According to the Sheriff's Office, deputies allegedly located several stolen items, as well as narcotics and narcotics paraphernalia, on Johnson's person.

Johnson was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail.

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office is seeking the following charges:

  • Stealing under $750
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Resisting Arrest
